Reveal Your True Colors

Q: What happens when a brewery turns the controls over to bar owners, industry veterans and community leaders to create a special beer?

A: Reveal!

This all-new Hop Valley pale ale uses love as its first ingredient, community as its second then water, hops, barley and yeast to round out the balanced, delicious, highly drinkable profile. Available on tap and in 12-ounce bottles, you can find Reveal throughout Oregon, Washington and Northern California.

Where did the idea for Reveal come from? From right where it should have—the neighborhood bar. And what started with a “Wouldn’t it be cool if?” conversation between a Hop Valley rep and Colin Graham (owner of The Wayward Lamb in Eugene, Oregon) morphed into a full-blown mission that attracted other managers and bar owners from Seattle (R Place and Jefferson Ellis), San Francisco (QBar and Sean Cipriano) and Portland (Stag PDX and Jerrick Hope-Lang). They were joined by industry veterans from Seattle (Jen McMullen from Hop Valley) and San Francisco (Becca Dinow of SPI Marketing) to make Reveal a delicious, fun, remarkable reality.

And so they did. From scratch. The recipe, the name, the packaging. All created by the energy, enthusiasm and passion of the collaboration team working together to craft something special. And from the beginning there was just one requirement that wasn’t up for negotiation. From day one, this beer has been about giving back. That’s why a portion of proceeds from every drop of Reveal beer and from every thread of Reveal clothing goes to support Pride Foundation throughout the greater Pacific Northwest and the Queens of the Castro organization in San Francisco, California through Hop Valley’s Hops that Help program. This is a beer that respects and honors the things that make each and every one of us unique. So drink, celebrate, give back and Reveal your true colors!
