KLCC Micro Brew Festival collaboration beer brewing on Hop Valley’s 20-gallon system

Hop Valley’s brewmaster Trevor Howard, and head brewer Patrick Whiting, collaborate with Manifest Beer Company’s founding owner, Brandon Woodruff to brew up a special small batch of Belgian Golden Strong Ale. The beer is being brewed on Hop Valley’s Synergy Brewing System that is used for single keg batches. The beer will be featured at the collaboration booth during the upcoming KLCC Micro Brew Festival, held at the Lane County Fairgrounds on February 10 -11, 2017.
