St. Patrick’s Day Beer Releases

We are releasing two beers (Patty’s Irish Red Lager is old, Irieish Stout is new). Both were brewed by HV brewer, Patrick Whiting. 

Irieish Stout
Description:  This beer was brewed with mostly traditional irish stout ingredients. The addition of toasted buckwheat solidifies the toasty roasty complexity of high quality roasted barley and flaked barley. Glacier hops add a light hop bitterness that becons to be followed with yet another pint of black Goodness.
 
Patty’s Irish Red Lager
This Lager’s recipe was designed in the spirit of the traditional red ales of Ireland, except brewed with our house lager yeast and utilizing German specialty malts. A complex caramel toastiness is rounded out with Northern Brewer hops for a drinking experience that is best followed up with another pint.
