Orchestrated Beer is an all-encompassing Enterprise Resource Planning & Material Requirements Planning (ERP/MRP) software system – directly catered to the craft beer industry.

Hop Valley Brewing Co. is looking for a self-motivated individual to manage the implementation and day-to-day maintenance
of Orchestrated Beer across all operations functions (Brewing, Packaging, Warehousing/Inventory Management, Demand Planning)

Strong communication and computer skills required; including Microsoft Office Suite with focus on Microsoft Excel
within the Craft Beer Industry, especially with Orchestrated Beer or similar ERP software is preferred

Prior to go-live, the OBeer Admin will manage master data set-up and validation within the Orchestrated Beer interface.
Master data includes:
-Brew recipes / bill of materials (BOM)
-Finished goods recipes / BOMs
-Production lead times (Wort->Green Beer->Finished Beer->Filtration->Packaging)
-Raw material lead times (order placement->production->delivery)
-Loading real-time sales forecast
-Loading real-time inventory across all warehouse locations

After Master data collection, The Obeer Admin will work with all production functions to develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure that production data is being tracked accurately.
They will translate our current processes/procedures within the Orchestrated Beer software environment with live production data.

After go-live, the Obeer lead will be responsible for day-to-day maintenance of Orchestrated Beer. This includes:
-Working directly with Brewing/Packaging managers to keep production schedule up to date
-Validating completion of production orders
-Validating material transfers/goods receipts/bills of Lading
-Tracking QC data
-Maintaining latest sales forecast to drive MRP system
